Where can I find your class schedule?
GB Soccer School runs many classes every single day of the week, in various locations, for different age groups, with multiple coaches. Rather than overload you with information, it's best to contact us directly for our current availability in your area.
How long are your classes?
Most classes run for 45 minutes, our private coaching and older group classes run for 1 hour, and our league clinics run for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Classes are typically run once per week, in 8 week cycles.
How many children do you have in each class?
All classes have a minimum of 8 participants depending on the ages of the children, and generally not more than 8-12 participants per coach.
Can I start a soccer group with my friends?
Yes! Our classes can fill up fast, so we're always happy to work with parents in creating a new class. We need a minimum of 8 participants paying for the entire cycle to get started. GB Soccer School reserves the right to add additional participants to a group unless it has been booked as a private group.
Why do we need to fill out an enrollment form (again)?
How do I make a payment?
I received an invoice but I already paid by cash/check.
Please email the office to let us know that you have made an alternative payment arrangement with your coach. Coaches do their best work on the field, and may experience delays before delivering your payment to the accounts team. For this reason, we prefer that you make online payments.
I didn't receive an invoice.
If you have filled out the online enrollment form, you should receive an invoice in 1-3 business days so long as the class has received the minimum amount of re-enrollments. Please contact the office at info@gbsoccerschool.com to confirm that we received your form if you have any concerns.
I want to enroll, but we can't make it every week of the cycle. Can I get a discount?
In order to be guarenteed a spot in the class, you are required to sign-up and pay for the full 8 week cycle. A minimum of 8 participants in each session is required in order to cover operating expenses, the cost of park permits, and your professional coach.
The whole group needs to skip a week (due to school event / religious holiday etc.)
If there is a date within your cycle that the entire group agrees to skip, please let us know before the start of your cycle and we will skip that week, adding the extra week on to the end. This can be done a maximum of two times per cycle. This must be settled prior to the start of the cycle.
I want to join a group, but the cycle has already started.
My child is sick and needs to miss class this week. What should I do?
If your child is feeling unwell, please keep them home to rest, and to prevent any illnesses being passed on to other participants or your coaches. Occasional absences from class during the cycle have been considered in our pricing structure, and are not able to be credited or refunded. Please contact us in the event of chronic illness or injury, and we will consider your special circumstances.
It's raining! Do we get a refund?
In the event that extreme weather conditions have made it unsafe to play, you will receive a cancellation email, and that week of the cycle will be skipped. An extra week will be added on the the end of the cycle to make up for this missed class. If the rain is very light, class may go ahead.
I've changed my mind and want to cancel my child's enrollment. May I get a refund?
GB Soccer School does not offer refunds.
